ShortArrow/pkg#18 changed how the registry publishes. Its hourly check still finds new stable releases, but each publishing run it starts now waits for the registry maintainer's approval; only the weekly re-signing runs unattended. ADR 0052 §3 said the registry publishes each new version, and Consequences said a release reaches APT within about an hour. Both now say that publishing waits for that approval.
Nothing changes on this side: the repository still holds no credential for the registry, and the release workflow is unchanged.
