なぜ
README の
apt install手順は、ShortArrow/pkg が配信を始めるまでapt updateで失敗する。使えない手順を載せたまま 0.3.0 を出さないため、手順をいったん外す。
いつ戻すか
pkg は既に出た stable リリースも後から拾うので、配信が始まれば 0.3.0 も apt で入る。
そのとき README に手順を戻し、CHANGELOG の次のリリースに書く。
ADR 0034 の Consequences は「レジストリが gitreant を載せたら」と書いており、変える必要はない。
