[Refactor] Use uniq helper in info service

Standardize array deduplication by using the uniq helper instead of native Array.from(new Set(...)).

Refactors extensionsSections in packages/app/src/cli/services/info.ts to use the uniq helper from @shopify/cli-kit/common/array.
