Pulumi no longer bundles pulumi-language-java.exe after pulumi/pulumi#25205; the CLI downloads the Java runtime on demand. Scoop still tries to shim that executable, causing installation and updates to stop with Can't shim 'pulumi-language-java.exe': File doesn't exist.

Remove the obsolete Java entry from bin so installation can finish.

Closes #8776.

Validation on Windows x64 with Pulumi 3.272.0:

• Verified the cached ZIP's SHA512 against the manifest and confirmed Java is absent.

• Parsed the corrected JSON and confirmed every remaining bin target exists.

• Repaired the interrupted local installation and successfully rebuilt all listed shims with scoop reset pulumi.

• pulumi version reports v3.272.0; scoop update pulumi completes without errors.

• git diff --check passes. Download URLs, hashes and autoupdate settings are unchanged.

• Use conventional PR title: <manifest-name[@version]|chore>: <general summary of the pull request>
