The manifest includes an English description, and checkver plus the release URL support the requested stable-version packaging. The issue supplies the project popularity evidence.

- Around line 25-31: Rename the manifest from Apps2Samsung.json to
apps2samsung.json so its filename uses only lowercase letters and retains the
.json extension.
- Line 32: Remove the invalid extract_dir entries from both the 3.1.0 manifest
and its autoupdate configuration, since the archive places the executable at its
root. Keep the remaining URL and hash entries valid JSON without trailing
commas.

Rename the manifest to use lowercase letters.

The new manifest path, bucket/Apps2Samsung.json, contains uppercase letters. Manifest filenames in bucket/ must use only lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens, and dots, and must end with .json. Rename the file before the test steps below, so the commands match the new name:

git mv bucket/Apps2Samsung.json bucket/apps2samsung.json

After the rename, run the local manifest checks:

scoop config debug true
scoop config gh_token <your-github-token> # optional, read access only
.\bin\checkver.ps1 -App apps2samsung -f
.\bin\formatjson.ps1 -App apps2samsung
scoop install bucket/apps2samsung.json -a 64bit

If the program file is a GUI application and it doesn't accept any commandline arguments, no need to add it in bin.
