…me and dotnetN-runtime DOTNET_ROOT was set to $dir, so it was overwritten or wiped by other .NET runtime packages, and the runtime bundled in the ASP.NET Core zip could not be shared safely. Expose the runtime in a common root, <scoop root>\shared\dotnet, shared by all .NET runtime packages (junctions to each package's versioned directories). An existing valid link is kept (first owner wins) and re-linked to another installed package on uninstall; DOTNET_ROOT is restored after uninstall while the root still exists.

Remove shared links only after Scoop accepts the uninstall.
This deletion runs in pre_uninstall. Scoop checks for a running package process after that hook and can abort the uninstall. If a process started from the package directory is running, the package remains installed but its shared runtime links—and possibly the shared host—have already been removed.
