Allow JET 0.12 in the QA environment for Julia 1.13 - #61

Conversation
The General registry now restricts JET 0.10.15 and 0.11.4-0.11.6 to Julia 1.12; only JET 0.12 supports Julia 1.13, so the QA environments could not resolve there. DiscreteMeasures' QA env also needs SciMLTesting 2, since SciMLTesting 1.x caps JET below 0.12. This fixes a failure on the default branch's CI. The diagnosis and the evidence below come from the investigating agent's report; "confirmed by running" and "read in logs" are kept apart there.
Change
JET = "0.9, 0.10, 0.11"->"0.9, 0.10, 0.11, 0.12"in test/qa, lib/CanonicalMoments/test/qa, lib/DiscreteMeasures/test/qa, lib/OUQBase/test/qa Project.toml.SciMLTesting = "1.7"->"1.7, 2". SciMLTesting 1.x caps JET at 0.11, so with only the JET edit this env still could not resolve on 1.13. The other three envs already usedSciMLTesting = "2", and this env's qa.jl calls SciMLTesting the same way they do.Commands

Caveats
Pkg.test()fails before runtests.jl withexpected package CanonicalMoments to be registered, because Pkg 1.10 ignores[sources]in the umbrella Project.toml. The umbrella Project.toml is unchanged from main, so main should hit the same failure, but I did not run LTS on main to confirm. It is unrelated to JET. I got around it locally byPkg.develop-ing the three sublibs first (command above). Not fixed here.typoson the diff: clean.🤖 Posted by an AI agent — harness: Devin CLI 3000.11.92 (fix), Claude Code 2.1.300 (PR) · model: fusion-claude-opus-5-5-high-sidekick-swe-2-medium / claude-opus-5-5
