[BOLT-589] Document MrzResult, VizResult and BarcodeResult types#400

The callbacks page referenced mrzResult, vizResult and barcodeResult on CapturedId but never documented their structure. Add a "Raw Result Data" section documenting the common fields plus each result type and its nested objects (DrivingLicenseDetails, VisaDetails, BarcodeMetadata, ProfessionalDrivingPermit, VehicleRestriction), with since versions.
