Closes #36.

The Docs Drift job here could never run: it asked for the self-hosted runner, which refuses public repositories, so every docs PR carried a run that queued until GitHub cancelled it. The check also reads fuel-backend's private source, and a credential for that source does not belong in this public repo's settings.

The check now runs from fuel-backend (SaturdayInc/fuel-backend#1018): on every backend PR as before, and hourly against docs main and fuel-backend main. A merged page that names an endpoint, field or webhook event the API lacks goes red within about an hour, and the red is routed to the SRE sweep. docs.saturday.fit publishes on merge, so such a page is live for up to that hour.

  • Removed the drift job and its push and workflow_dispatch triggers. The shrink-only baseline job stays (GitHub-hosted, free for a public repo), now triggered only by changes to api-drift-baseline.txt or the workflow.
  • DEPLOY.md and .claude/CLAUDE.md say where the check runs, and to run it locally before merging a page that names endpoints, fields or events.

Verified in fuel-backend with dispatched hourly-mode runs: a clean pair ran the check and recorded the pass; the same pair then skipped in 13 s without a checkout; a deliberately broken endpoint went red, recorded nothing, and printed the finding.

…ourly from fuel-backend

The drift job asked for the self-hosted runner, which refuses public
repositories, so every docs PR carried a run that queued until GitHub cancelled
it. It also reads fuel-backend's private source, and a credential for that
source does not belong in a public repo's settings. fuel-backend's Docs Drift
now runs the check hourly against both mains, so a merged page naming an
endpoint, field or event the API lacks goes red within about an hour.

Removed the drift job and its push and dispatch triggers. The shrink-only
baseline job stays. DEPLOY.md and .claude/CLAUDE.md say where the check runs
and to run it locally before merging such a page. Closes #36.
