…vironments and coach limits Follows fuel-backend #800, #801, #802, #803, #804, #805 and #807: the prescription.calculated payload names its athlete and activity, create enforces the same ranges as update and calculate, a key's environment is a boundary on mint and on use, and coach-surface requests are metered in the coach's own bucket while coach keys reach that surface only.
