docs: publish the native CLI vs app-server research dossier

Summary

Publishes the previously local-only research and task-feedback inputs that were never committed, filed under a dated dossier.

• docs/research/native-cli-vs-appserver-2026-10-05/ - the native CLI vs app-server research deliverable: a dossier README with the conclusions and document map, 6 documents, the experiment scripts that produced the evidence, and the evidence index.
• ZCODE_APPSERVER_EVENT_CAPABILITY_PROBE.md, TASK_FEEDBACK_SCHEMA_RECOMMENDATION.md, NATIVE_FEEDBACK_RENDERER_RECOMMENDATION.md - the authoritative inputs used by the Task Feedback v0.1 implementation (PR feat: add provenance-aware task feedback snapshot #26 published only its implementation report).
• probe/evidence/run-001-summary.json - the 4 KB sanitized probe summary backing the capability doc.
• .gitignore - un-ignore docs/research/.

Every document carries a status header (Status: RESEARCH, date, and a pointer to the dossier index). Documentation only; no source, schema, or bundle changes.

Evidence policy

Raw ledgers stay outside the repository. An earlier commit on this branch included about 1.7 MB of evidence JSON; that was reverted in docs: keep research ledgers in the local archive.

• Versioned in the repo: evidence/manifest.json only. It records the archive location plus the byte size and SHA-256 of every moved ledger.
• Archived locally: C:/Users/Sandy/.codex/archived_docs/codex-zcode-bridge/2026-10-05/evidence/native-cli-vs-appserver-20261005 (10 files; SHA-256 verified against the originals before removal).
• experiments/README.md states the split, and ZCODE_EXECUTOR_BENCHMARK.md references ledgers by name and points at the manifest.

Review points

• Evidence follows its declared export policy: allowlisted runtime fields only. reasoning entries are metadata, payloadKeys entries are field-name inventories, and baseURL appears only inside field-name inventories. No credentials, tokens, or reasoning text were found.
• C:\Users\Sandy\... machine paths still appear in about 11 documents and scripts, and the manifest and dossier README name the archive location. They are cosmetic; say the word and I will redact them.
• open.bigmodel.cn appears only inside captured DNS-failure strings.

Relation to the other documentation PR

The router, rules and document index land in a separate PR (#34). This dossier is filed at docs/research/native-cli-vs-appserver-2026-10-05/, matching the layout that other PR defines.

• Git records the moves as renames, so the document history is preserved
