The v0.2.15 release workflow stopped while building FFmpegKit libiconv, before APK signing or Release upload, so GitHub showed only its automatic source archives. This change installs the complete native build toolchain used by the upstream Ubuntu 24.04 workflow and preserves FFmpeg build/config logs as an artifact if the build fails again. It prepares v0.2.16 (versionCode 27) without changing the database schema or app signing identity. Local FFmpeg source-readiness verification passed; local Gradle tasks are blocked before execution by Windows loopback initialization, so the GitHub runner checks are required.
