Docs build has been failing #5853
Description
We noticed that docs didn't get updated when the Starrocks integration was added and @jukiewiczm-marketer identified that the docs build has been failing for sometime now.
We need to fix this sooner than later to reflect for all docs updates (haven't checked other updates if they'd been reflected or not)

Great! It's interesting though the sqlmesh docs site still not showing starrocks pages 🤔

@StuffbyYuki I think you're probably looking at the stable version of the doc which may shows v0.232.0 contents since all the newer one's build were failed. StarRocks page will only appear there after we cut a release that includes the version pinning changes. The latest version doc containing main branch contents already includes the StarRocks page. https://sqlmesh.readthedocs.io/en/latest/integrations/engines/starrocks/

You're so right. With "latest", I see it now. User error on my end
