This is #62 again, which #74 reverted because the tests failed with the FutureWarnings as errors of #67. The tests of main fail in the same way without #62 (see #75, which fixes them: the warnings are raised by linopy inside PyPSA), so this has the content of #62 unchanged, merged with main, plus one fix of its own:
test_investment_outside_matches_the_flat_optimumnow passesinclude_objective_constant=Truetooptimize(), as #67 does for the other tests, since PyPSA warns about its default.With the change of #75 the whole suite passes with the FutureWarnings as errors: 52 passed and 17 skipped, with
ucblock_solver,tssb_solverandinvestmentblock_solverof SMS++ develop on the PATH. It is to be merged after #75.The description of #62 still holds for the content.
