백엔드와 테스트 계정 없이 로그인 이후 화면을 확인할 수 있도록 로컬 샘플 환경 추가.
npm run dev:demo로 127.0.0.1:5174 실행, 일반 개발 환경과 저장소 분리검증: 기존 테스트 9개·샘플 HTTP 테스트 1개 통과, 프론트 빌드·Electron 컴파일 통과, 린트 오류 0개·기존 경고 7개. 브라우저 로그인·화면 이동·새로고침·로그아웃 확인. 최종 안내 영역과 대시보드 표시 재확인.
범위: 샘플 응답을 이용한 UI 확인용. 실제 인증·캐릭터 CRUD·방송·마이크·OBS 연동 미검증.
의존성: PR #2 기반. 선행 PR 병합 후 대상 브랜치 조정 필요.
