Run
poetry update(24 packages). Fixes the 8 open Dependabot alerts (all transitive): anyio 4.15.1 (critical, medium), idna 3.20, virtualenv 21.14.11, Pygments 2.21.0. Also bumps apscheduler, python-dotenv and pytest-mock. Lock file only. Ruff, mypy and pytest pass.
