Delete animation, blockly, disqus, khanex, meta, quizly, reveal, tabbedStuff, and webgldemo components along with their tests, assets, and webpack entry points. Update __init__.py and __main__.py to drop the corresponding imports and cmap registrations.

This PR removes the python code that implements sphinx directives.
It also removes the parts of the interactive components that are no not used by the PreTeXt (mostly they are now implemented in PreTeXt ) or are interactives that have never gained traction.

legacy_supportbranch can be used to make new runestone releases for critical bug fixes based on version 7.13.x
