minor updates made during SME review of the Animal Module Introduction and Herd Initialization sections.
Biggest change was to add some clarifying information to the inputs table in the herd initialization section (two tables from the previous documentation were merged into a single table in the quarto version; the previous version wasn't very clear on why they were distinct, so I tried to add more detail to this single table to add more clarity)
