Update the homepage evidence table and benchmark/configuration/changelog documentation for v2.8.0. Show injection rates, retained retrieval hits, exact evidence metadata, latency and response bytes with the synthetic-fixture limitations and original build fingerprints. Historical benchmark scores remain clearly separate.
Validation: npm run check passed (lint, types, 29 tests, production build and static-output checks); displayed deltas were checked against the public unrounded benchmark summary. Release-publication status will be refreshed when the v2.8.0 workflow completes. No gateway behavior changes.
