Summary

The Add to channel button on the package lists linked to /Contributing.html#adding-new-packages-via-pull-requests, an anchor that's gone since Contributing moved to the monorepo.
It now opens the Package request form on RoboStack/robostack, filled in for that package, and robostack-bot opens the pull request:

It used to drop to just the icon below a 1400px window, while the table is already full width from about 1127px.
It now follows the table's own width, so a full-width table keeps the text.

• Before: the button opened the top of Contributing, as the anchor doesn't exist anymore, and Kilted showed it on all 785 missing packages.
  After: on Jazzy and Lyrical every button links to the form with the fields above, Kilted shows none.
• Before: at a 1300px window the table is 1080px wide, but the button only shows the icon.
  After: the label stays until the window is 1127px, where the table starts to shrink.
