When the installer is piped into Bash outside a checkout, fetch PicoLM sources with Git or a tarball before building. Failed copies now fail the fetch instead of silently using incomplete sources, and temporary downloads are removed on every return path.
Validation: three offline installer tests cover Git success, tarball fallback, and incomplete sources;
bash -n install.shpassed. The tests do not install software or download a model. The upstream Build PicoLLM workflow currently requires maintainer approval.Closes #12.
