실측 결과 이 규모의 크롤에는 네이버 rate-limit 이 걸리지 않아(버스트 반복에도 실패 증가 없음) 더 자주 돌려도 안전. 300개/시간으로 백로그를 반나절 내 소진한다. 빈 게 없으면 아무 일도 안 하므로 소진 후에도 무해. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
