Summary

Updates Bio-dashboards/ from the original V1-era copy to Bio-dash V3.0

What's new

• Five dashboards, each with its own port and links to the others:
  Omni (5000), Polar H10 (5001), Atmos air quality (5002), Viatom O2 (5003), Hydro (5004).
• Hydro-dash (new, still being tested): HidrateSpark PRO 2 smart bottle — sips,
  intake vs. goal, fill level, battery. Verified on one PRO 2 so far; fill-level
  calibration and long sessions are still being checked.
• Overnight SpO₂ report: tools/night_report.py turns a night of recordings into a
  self-contained HTML report.
• Debug panels, radio routing, auto-reconnect and tile trends across the dashboards.
• Runs offline: vendored chart libraries and compiled CSS; isolated venv via setup_env.sh.
• Run as services: biodash.py, with optional shutdown / reboot buttons (off by default).
• Docs: docs/ARCHITECTURE.md (flow diagrams), per-dashboard READMEs, CHANGELOG.md.
• Recordings are written to ~/Documents/Bio-dash, outside the repo. No CSVs or
  Bluetooth addresses are included.

Scope

• 124 files under Bio-dashboards/; nothing else in the repo's code is touched.
• 2 files under .github/ that keep the folder in sync with Bio-dash (see note below).

Note on the sync workflow

.github/workflows/sync-bio-dash.yml and .github/scripts/sync-bio-dash.sh mirror the
newest Bio-dash release into Bio-dashboards/ every 6 hours and on manual dispatch,
committing only when something changed. If merged, this would run in this repository
and push commits to master automatically. Happy to drop these two files from the PR
if you'd prefer updates to arrive as normal pull requests.

Testing

• Dashboards run on a Jetson Orin Nano and an x86 laptop (Ubuntu, BlueZ).
• Hydro-dash protocol unit tests: python3 Bio-dashboards/hydro_dashboard/test_hydro_protocol.py.
