Summary

  • The install-skill command copies a /generate-course-config prompt that tells the agent where to write course config. The target used to be the relative path ./course-config.
  • A relative path is resolved from the agent's working directory after the prompt is pasted, which is often not the snapshot folder the author had open. The agent can then create course-config in the wrong place.
  • The command already knows that opened folder. The copied prompt now resolves course-config under it, so the target is an absolute path. The snapshot path stays a placeholder for the author to fill in.

Closes #61

Test plan

  • pnpm exec vp check
  • pnpm exec vp run learn-by-diff#test -- tests/generateCoursePrompt.test.ts
  • Run LearnByDiff: Install Generate Course Skill with a folder open and confirm the clipboard prompt's Target folder is an absolute path under that folder

Made with Cursor

…rompt

A relative ./course-config is ambiguous after the prompt is pasted into chat. Resolve course-config under the opened snapshot folder so the agent receives a real path.
