Question about description #2

Description

@ropucyka

From README:

need LXMF constants that are not tuned for slower interfaces.

I read this several times yesterday, today, and on other days prior, but I still couldn't understand what it means
and what i am, as a user, supposed to do with it.

It also states:

When using modes that are slow, like the ROBUST HF modes or anything under 600 bps

600 bits is 75 bytes, but on the first launch of Sideband (for example), I see in the TX stats that a 219 byte packet is sent (225 via Modem73) - that is 1752 bits (rounded up to 1800), which is 3 times higher than what is "recommended"* in the README to prevent fragmentation and spam.
Of course, I might lack sufficient technical knowledge, but looking at it directly, it feels like this lacks clarity, or perhaps my observation is valid.
