native #47（2863aeaf420d766c05dfa8c44604c33f20fe9d91）を固定し、日本語の評価結果・残条件を更新する。
結果
検証
native最終11 CI成功。ローカルpytest 362 passed / 15 skipped / 94 subtests。native PR headとmerge commitのtree差分なし。diff check成功。
[skip-build]でwheelのみ省略、通常CIは実行する。
既定engine/API/modelは変更しない。初回allocation、peak/live memory、request p95、全言語・公開契約は未確認。P01保留。#125/#126はcloseしない。
