Summary

  • Commits docs/DESIGN-NOTE-versioned-dialects-and-b00t-loader.md, which was written and referenced (including by PR refactor(reqif): move ReqIF adapter into ufo_types::reqif #43) but never actually committed.
  • Adds a docs/TODO.md section tracking the four items from that note not yet implemented: §4 (b00t:// loader, b00t-owned), §5 (Rust-frontend vocabulary pointer), §6 (isometric render target — flagged out of kr0ki's own scope per this repo's AGENTS.md), §7 (transm0grify agent interface).
  • §1–3 of the note are already done: ufo-types#29, kr0ki#43.

No code changes — this is purely landing docs/tracking so the backlog isn't lost, not a start on implementation. Per this repo's own process convention, none of §4/§5/§7 should be started without a real brainstorm/plan pass first.

The design note itself (§1-3 already implemented: ufo-types#29,
kr0ki#43) was never actually committed. Adds it, plus TODO.md entries
for the four items still unstarted: the b00t:// loader (§4, b00t-owned
per the note's own rationale), the Rust-frontend vocabulary pointer
(§5), a note that the isometric renderer (§6) is explicitly out of
kr0ki's scope per this repo's own AGENTS.md, and the transm0grify
agent interface (§7). None are scoped as tasks yet -- flagged as
needing a real design pass first, per this repo's own process
convention, not implementation.
