Contains all the developed features.
The main features of the application are:

• Graph Visualization: Tile View
• Graph Visualization: Bar View
• Phylogeny: Tree View
• Gene annotations in Tile View
• Known resistance mutations in Tile View
• Filtering in Sequence / Tile / Tree View
• Fast navigation with Bookmark View: jump to genes and known mutations
• Reference selection

This release was made with code not yet in dev, a fully merged release will be created later on friday.

• graph zooming
  • improved toolbar
    -annotations
  • annotations now stays visible after zooming
• minimap
  • added a minimap on the scrollbar that highlights "interestingness" hotspots
