Summary

Add two independently identified languages developed by STUDIO HAZE:

  • topaz-studiohaze Topaz (토파즈). Topaz is a general-purpose programming language with typesetting built in. Code that does the same job looks the same no matter who writes it. Its public compiler release source is written in Topaz and emits Rust.
  • lispex Lispex (리스펙스). Lispex is a language for writing business rules, such as a publisher's house style. It cannot touch files or the network, so it is safe to run inside any program. Its implementation provides a Rust tree interpreter, verified-bytecode VM, and resource-controlled embedding interfaces.

I am submitting these records on behalf of the developer. The existing topaz-lang record describes the unrelated 2021 language by m-schm and is left unchanged. These additions do not assert third-party verification, adoption counts, performance advantages, or a new community/support commitment.

appeared is deliberately omitted from both records: the official material checked does not establish the first public announcement/release year. Repository creation dates, copyright years, and the current release date have not been substituted. The current official Scroll test accepts both records with this omission; please advise if an editorial convention for an unknown year is required.

Validation

  • Used the current repository's code/measures.parsers and declared Scroll tooling.
  • node node_modules/scroll-cli/scroll.js test concepts/topaz-studiohaze.scroll concepts/lispex.scroll: 0 errors, 2 files.
  • git diff --check: passed. Only these two new concept files are changed.
  • Both documented examples were executed with existing official Windows CLIs, each bounded to 30 seconds: Topaz 5.21.0 printed Topaz basics: 25 minutes; Lispex 1.21.1 printed (hello "Lispex" 5). Both exited 0. This is a minimal example check, not a claim about a newer Topaz native release or cross-platform qualification.
