• The plans index now shows nothing in progress. Voice (feat(voice): spoken Sparring and Crossfire rounds #84) and debate-aware AI (refactor(ai): add debate-aware context and focused feature handlers #75) move to Shipped.

Docs only, so no runtime change. node scripts/check-docs.mjs passes.
