ci: verification layer phase 0, make every existing check actually run - #8
Conversation
Include supabase/functions/** in the vitest glob so the nine Deno-style test files (64 cases) execute in every npm test run instead of never running anywhere. A small globalThis.Deno shim registers Deno.test cases as vitest tests and maps readTextFile path shapes produced by vite back to disk; a tiny alias stands in for the single deno.land std assert import. The same files keep working under deno test.
Add a pull_request trigger so branches are checked before merge, run vitest with --coverage in CI so the configured 90/80/89/90 gates fail the job on regression, and require the push event (plus Docker Hub secrets) before QEMU/buildx/publish steps run so PR builds never push images.
npm run verify chains lint, typecheck, coverage-gated tests, and build as the one command agents run before opening a PR. bun.lockb is stale drift: every pipeline path uses npm and package-lock.json. The plan doc describes the full agent verification loop this change starts.

Gate the build-push step on DOCKER_PUSH so pull requests never invoke buildx against a missing Dockerfile.prod, pin every action to its current immutable commit SHA, add least-privilege permissions and a concurrency group. Plan doc now keeps the staging access code out of stdout entirely: it goes to gitignored .env.e2e only.

…d refs Pull-request jobs run PR-controlled npm scripts, so the workflow must not leave GITHUB_TOKEN in .git/config. The plan now keeps every pull-request job credential-free and runs authenticated staging specs only on main pushes or manual dispatch inside a protected environment.

workflow_dispatch can target any branch, so the plan gates the credential-carrying job on github.ref == refs/heads/main plus an environment branch policy, with a dispatch-from-branch acceptance case.

PR #9's research tests mutate env vars and exercise abort semantics against a Deno.serve loopback server. The shim now backs Deno.env set/delete with process.env and routes matching fetch calls to the registered handler through a signal-wired body stream, preserving native abort behavior without real sockets.
The generate-complete scroll used a bare setTimeout that dereferenced document after up to 100ms. Under slower CI workers the callback fired after the test environment tore down, surfacing as an unhandled ReferenceError: document is not defined and failing the run even with every test and coverage gate passing. Capturing the element synchronously removes the teardown race without changing app behavior.
Summary
Phase 0 of the agent verification loop plan (plans/agent-verification-loop.md). The repo had good checks that never fired; this makes them run everywhere, on every PR.
