CI exception for the reviewed head 64447b3: GitHub did not start the build job because account payments failed or the Actions spending limit must be increased. The job had zero steps and runner_id 0. I ran the workflow sequence locally in node:22-alpine on this exact head: npm ci, lint, typecheck, 76 coverage files / 804 tests, and production build all passed. The separate Deno gate passed 88 tests, and Playwright passed 100 tests. Vercel and CodeRabbit are green with zero unresolved review threads. |
