Fix auth bootstrap and player quality menus

• Fix home route rendering while auth is still bootstrapping.
• Restore complete quality selection by grouping resolutions and matching default quality by height.
• Tighten Vidstack player menus so quality options remain scrollable and mobile settings cover less video.
