What changed in this PR
Adds website-only GoatCounter analytics to the Scans landing page without changing the PowerShell loader or utility.
Changes:
- Loads the Scans tracker asynchronously.
- Tests the endpoint, asynchronous loading, single inclusion, and protocol-relative assets.
- Documents analytics in the README; no canonical guide update is needed because utility behavior is unchanged.
Deployment remains pending the normal Pages refresh after merge.
