drop testcontainers azurite module to allow upgrading azblob - #158

We've been avoiding upgrading the azblob module for a while since we would get this error when trying to do it: ``` Received unexpected error: PUT http://localhost:33080/devstoreaccount1/test-container -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- RESPONSE 400: 400 The API version 2026-06-06 is not supported by Azurite. Please upgrade Azurite to latest version and retry. If you are using Azurite in Visual Studio, please check you have installed latest Visual Studio patch. Azurite command line parameter "--skipApiVersionCheck" or Visual Studio Code configuration "Skip Api Version Check" can skip this error. ERROR CODE: InvalidHeaderValue ``` This PR gets rid of the testcontainers azurite module to replace it with custom code that follows the way the module does it and allows passing the `--skipApiVersionCheck` parameter.
