feat(sdk-health): support missing SDK identities

Problem

SDK Health omits several supported SDKs from detection and version assessment.
This completes the health-tracking follow-up to #93911 and Unity onboarding in #94235.

Changes

• SDK Health detects Unity, Node.js MCP, Python MCP, Edge, Convex, Rails, and ASP.NET Core.
• Edge and Python MCP use Node and Python package releases, respectively.
• The other additions use their own package release streams.
• Unity uses mobile assessment rules because users control installed app updates.
• Python MCP entries with legacy 0.x integration versions stay unassessed to prevent false outdatedness warnings.
• Existing SDK Health components display the new SDK names and documentation links; the layout does not change.
• Documentation links point to posthog.com, including the MCP analytics guide; release-page links omit query parameters.
• Generated API type updates are mechanical.
• Three existing identity-matching tests now enable Django test database setup; the shared constants change selects them in Dagster CI.

PostHog/posthog-python#921 makes Python MCP emit its installed package version.
These PRs can land in either order; Python MCP assessment starts when clients upgrade to the corrected SDK.

How did you test this code?

• Extended detection tests to catch dropped identifiers and release-dispatch tests to catch incorrect repositories or sibling package tags.
• Extended assessment tests for mobile/server rules and mixed Python MCP traffic with legacy and package versions.
• Ran focused health, detection, scheduled-check, and release-fetching tests, frontend typechecking, repository-wide mypy, and CI preflight.
• Regenerated OpenAPI types and ran frontend lint and formatting.
• Validated every release and documentation URL with HTTP GET requests.
• Reproduced the Dagster database setup failure locally and ran the full identity-matching test file after fixing its markers.
• Browser rendering was not checked; no screenshot is included for these registry-only UI changes.

No standalone documentation added. SDK Health links to the existing SDK guides; the companion Python SDK PR documents its metadata change.

The eager set is the entry plus everything statically imported from it — fetched before any feature runs; deferred chunks load lazily. The eager guardrail is 5.72 MiB. Each output file must also stay below 10 MB, where CloudFront stops compressing it. The module boundary is enforced separately by check-toolbar-graph.
