Correct the ukmod-cases lane note

The lane feed said the mode-3 case schema and first UK battery "landed (#41)". #41 (the UKMOD/EUROMOD JRC connector run) is still open; the schema and battery reached main through #49, merged 2026-08-14 (commit f3b4401).

New note: "Case schema + 1st battery landed (#49); JRC connector run open in #41, pending a UKMOD environment; schema shared with taxsim-cases (#5)". Same change in data/lanes.json and its app copy. No ingest writes this lane's note, so the build keeps it.

Found while updating the checklists on #2, #4 and #5.

Checks

  • Fresh DB build: no change beyond these two lines; the full suite leaves the tree unchanged (no-drift gate).
  • pytest tests/ (CI's command): all pass except tests/test_modal_uk_event.py, which requires a Python 3.12 control interpreter; my local uv used 3.14.2. Under Python 3.12 its 23 tests pass, and it passes in CI on main.

The lane feed credited #41 with landing the mode-3 case schema and
first UK battery. #41 (the JRC connector run) is still open; the schema
and battery reached main through #49 (merged 2026-08-14). The note now
says so. Data-only: no ingest writes this lane's note.
