Decisions

• Source: MeteoAlarm's per-country Atom feeds (CAP fields: event, severity, urgency, certainty, onset, expires, areaDesc, geocodes) or the EDR API's position query, whichever maps a latitude and longitude to warning regions more reliably; decide after a spike.
• Same presentation as Canada and the US (Alerts for Canada and the US #4): one line per alert, details dialog with the linked CAP text, auto-announce, per-location polling. One country feed is fetched once per poll and shared by every saved location in that country.
• Attribution in the Sources line and About.
