A second accessor installed on Array.prototype is never invoked #9787

Description

@proggeramlug

The narrowest of the array-prototype residuals — one output line.

node : true:31,true:37 false array-proto-three 5
perry: true:31         true  37                5

The first inherited index accessor installed on Array.prototype fires. A second one, installed on the same prototype at a different index, does not.

#9249's defineProperty work genuinely fixed the non-writable case (line 3 of the fixture now matches, and #9249 should stay closed). This residual was not reached by it.

Repro

secret-tests/cases/adversarial/recent/27_array_prototype_descriptors.ts — lines 1 and 3 already match node; line 2 is the failure.

Done when

Line 2 matches node.

    Fixed by #9797, landed on main via merge train #9804. The train merged as its own branch, so the close-keyword in #9797 never fired — closing manually. Verified the fix is on main by patch-id (git cherry), not just by the PR being closed.
