The plan stays as design history (source comments cite its sections), but it named local directories and review tooling. Those now point at the public Lariat repo or are dropped. The README's Perfect-Lasso link now goes to Lariat, its current name. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Documentation/swift6-nio-rewrite-plan.mdis design history that source comments cite by section (plan §4.3), so this PR edits it in place and keeps every section number. It contained notes about the working setup that don't belong in a public repo:/Users/timtaplin/Perfect-Resurrection/and/Users/timtaplin/Perfect-Lasso/Sources/…paths. The Lasso ones now link to the public Lariat repo, and the dependency audit in §2 is described against the Perfect packages instead of a local folder. The README's link to
taplin/Perfect-Lasso, which only works through GitHub's redirect, now points to Lariat, the project's current name.Docs only, so no release is needed.
