for support of legacy penguinmod extensions and because of their usefulness under certain conditions, *Scratch.Clone* and *Scratch.Color* should be added in penguinmod-port. that's really the whole pr but I think it would be good to add them back.

Safari's JIT enjoys this one a lot more.
Significant performance improvement in Chrome
Reduces unnecessary hidden class; no real observed performance change but does seem to let V8 generate simpler code so could have wins down the road.
