Add acceptance tests for SQL Server and PostgreSQL persistence - #5752

Introduces an `IAcceptanceTestStorageConfiguration` abstraction to allow the acceptance test suite to run against different persistence providers. This enables testing for SQL Server and PostgreSQL via EF Core, with the CI pipeline updated to include these new test categories. Some tests are excluded for the EF-based providers where functionality—such as external integration event dispatch or specific history retention—is not yet implemented or differs from the RavenDB implementation.
