Adds /conductor, a landing page for Conductor users after Meta's acquisition. Conductor Cloud goes read-only Nov 13 and shuts down Nov 20, 2026. This page is the destination for the Google Ads campaign.
Hero: dates, Download for macOS, and a link to the migration steps
Highlights: no lock-in (MIT, your own keys), chat, cloud (beta), mobile
Key dates, four switch steps with an inline download button, a side-by-side table, what moves and what stays behind, FAQ, closing CTA
Links to the existing migrate-from-conductor and migrate-from-conductor-cloud docs and /compare/superset-vs-conductor rather than duplicating them
Prices come from the live plan catalog via planPriceValues (same as /pricing), with plain-text fallbacks
Download clicks are tagged source: "conductor" so ad traffic shows up separately
conductor is added to reserved leaderboard handles so the proxy doesn't rewrite /conductor to a profile. This hides any existing user profile with that handle.
Added to the sitemap. Translated into all 17 locales through Lingui (catalogs in packages/i18n/locales), so each locale gets its own canonical. Dates use formatDate with full month names
How I tested it
bun run typecheck, biome check and bun run check:i18n pass; bun test in apps/marketing passes (194 tests)
Rendered /conductor, /ja, /de, /fr and /pl in the dev server; titles, headings and FAQ JSON-LD come out translated
bun run build passed on the first commit, and /en/conductor prerenders
Checked in the dev server on desktop (1280px) and mobile (390px). The only console error is the local Autumn 401, which /pricing also shows locally
Checklist
PR title follows conventional commits (type(scope): subject)
bun run lint and bun run typecheck pass (CI fails on lint warnings too)
Adds a /conductor landing page for Conductor users switching to Paradev before Conductor Cloud shuts down on November 20, 2026. The page includes the key shutdown dates, a four-step migration checklist with an inline download, a side-by-side comparison, a transfer checklist, FAQ, and a closing CTA, and links to the existing migration and comparison docs instead of duplicating them.
Side effects
Download clicks on the page are tagged source: "conductor" so ad traffic shows up separately in analytics.
conductor is added to the reserved leaderboard handles; any existing user profile with that handle will no longer be served at /conductor.
The page is translated into all 17 locales, with per-locale canonicals, and is added to the sitemap.
Written for commit d4991c8. Summary will update on new commits.
Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Added a localized Conductor migration page with shutdown timelines, migration steps, product comparisons, FAQs, and details on what data transfers.
Added download and migration actions, including a waitlist option.
Added localized product and migration content across supported languages.
…ching
Campaign destination for Conductor users after the Meta acquisition and the
Conductor Cloud shutdown (read-only Nov 13, deleted Nov 20, 2026).
- Hero with dates, Download CTA (DownloadButton, source "conductor") and an
in-page "See migration steps" anchor, so UTM query params stay on the URL
- Dated timeline, five-step move list, Conductor vs Paradev table with beta
marked, what transfers and what does not (chat history does not), FAQ with
FAQPage JSON-LD, final CTA, trademark disclaimer
- Prices come from the live plan catalog via fillPlanPrices, with neutral copy
when the catalog is unavailable
- English-only page: canonical to the bare URL via hasLocalizedContent, like
/parallel-coding-agents; added to the sitemap
- Reserve the "conductor" handle so the proxy does not rewrite /conductor to
a leaderboard profile (enforced by the reserved-handles route test)
Adds a localized Conductor migration landing page with lifecycle dates, migration guidance, product comparisons, transfer details, FAQs, and download actions. The change also adds translations and registers the route in the sitemap, analytics, and reserved handles.
Changes: Conductor migration page
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Migration page content and translations apps/marketing/src/app/[lang]/conductor/constants.ts, packages/i18n/locales/*/messages.po
Adds shared content for lifecycle dates, migration steps, product comparisons, transfer lists, and FAQs. Locale catalogs add translations for this content and related product and pricing messages.
Page rendering and actions apps/marketing/src/app/[lang]/conductor/page.tsx, apps/marketing/src/app/[lang]/conductor/components/SwitchActions/*
Adds localized metadata and renders the timeline, migration steps, comparison, transfer lists, FAQs, and calls to action. Hero migration links target #migrate; footer links use MIGRATE_LOCAL_URL. The download button controls waitlist modal visibility.
Route and download registration apps/marketing/src/app/sitemaps/sitemap-groups.ts, apps/marketing/src/lib/analytics/index.ts, packages/trpc/src/router/leaderboard/reserved-handles.ts, apps/marketing/src/app/[lang]/conductor/components/SwitchActions/index.ts
Adds /conductor to the sitemap, adds "conductor" as a download source and reserved handle, and re-exports SwitchActions.
ParadevAI/Paradev#9075: Changes the download page and its fallback behavior, which the Conductor download button uses.

Merge Risk: Low · up to d4991
The Conductor landing page is mergeable, but a few small issues remain open. These are a duplicate waitlist modal, instructions that will go stale after November 20, a pricing fallback gap, a possible hidden user profile for the conductor handle, and one untranslated eyebrow string. Address them as follow-up or accept them knowingly.

Preserve existing leaderboard inputs while reserving the route.
Adding conductor here makes leaderboard.join, leaderboard.public.participant, and leaderboard.public.standing reject a previously valid handle. Existing owners can no longer read their profile through these procedures. Reserve the route without tightening the existing API inputs.
As per coding guidelines, “Do not tighten existing inputs.”

Moves the page copy to Lingui (msg/Trans) and adds translations for all
17 locales, so /conductor is a localized page with per-locale canonicals
instead of an English-only one. Dates go through formatDate and prices
through planPriceValues, matching /pricing. Drops "formerly Superset"
from the meta description and the redundant comment on MigrationStep.

Localize the "For Conductor users" eyebrow text.
Line 107 is hardcoded English JSX text. The page renders in 17 locales, and every other string uses Trans. Non-English pages will show this one string in English. Wrap it in <Trans>, add the message to each messages.po, and run bun run check:i18n.
As per coding guidelines: "User-facing strings use Lingui macros with the English text as the message id — <Trans>Text</Trans>".

Review comment at @apps/marketing/src/app/[lang]/conductor/page.tsx at line 107:
The “For Conductor users” eyebrow is hardcoded, unlike the other localized page
strings. In the Conductor page, wrap this text in the Lingui Trans macro and add
its English message to each locale’s messages.po, preserving the existing
localization conventions.
