Brings in the desktop-window homepage demo. The Apple Silicon download no longer says M-series, so its site translations are removed.
Brings in in-place desktop updates. Their three new messages are translated for every locale with gemini-4-argon-medium.

The public homepage and README now cover the same eleven languages as the App: English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and Swedish. This branch includes the current main homepage redesign, desktop downloads, agent marks, quick start, README and changelog.
The site build renders English at
/and each translation at/<locale>/, with localized metadata, self-referencing canonical URLs, reciprocal hreflang links, a multilingual sitemap and robots.txt. Language links work without JavaScript; saved choices are restored at the root while explicit language URLs remain stable. README translations share one language switcher and preserve English section anchors, images, links and code.Translation checks now cover every scope and locale, validate protected content and support focused editorial feedback. The App catalogs are refreshed for the merged source. Review decisions are recorded in
i18n/review-notes.md.Validation:
npm run i18n -- check: all five scopes and ten target locales passed.npm run typecheck, application build, review-viewer build and site build passed.npm test -- --test-concurrency=4: 491 passed, one existing optional browser test skipped. The default parallel run hit integration-test timeouts under load; the affected tests also passed independently.
