Add NewBeeDrone PixNova board id

Reserves the board ID for the upcoming NewBeeDrone PixNova flight controller.

We have also submitted a matching board ID reservation PR to ArduPilot to ensure consistency and prevent conflicts across both platforms.

@LYNHQQ you can only use one entry, the AP namespace is for boards that have registered through ardupilot first, you can't have both in this file, please decide which one you want to keep
