Running the files through TJ6 revealed two additional font files are required. I am now sending the output to the XGP emulator, the result of which is placed here:

The XGP simulation VERY impressive. This is the cleanest copy of the text of “Fast Arithmetic in MacLisp” or “Destructive Reordering of CDR-Coded Lists” that I have ever seen, including the originals. Now all we need is a simulation of Guy Steele carefully cutting out paper illustrations (from, for example, ai-memo-reprints/mit/aim-587/AIM-587.pdf) and using rubber cement to paste them into the just-generated copy fresh off the XGP (ai-memo-reprints/mit/aim-587/reprint.pdf)! :-) :-) Boy, that brings back memories. —Guy

Thank you. @aap and I made the XGP simulation and tuned the output to look like real printouts. The scans of these memos look a little lighter.

I see now that the text should be a little taller.
