I have added a simple heii glitch treatment into the modeID for the l0,2 and the l1. I have successfully run on one star and the results look acceptable. We should run some more tests. Before this is released, we should run on the entire prior sample and implement the parameters for the glitch in the dimensionality reduction. This will be easier when pbjam_testing comes online in the next few weeks.
