Summary

Fetch automation credentials from the purpose-specific Doppler config using short-lived GitHub OIDC.
Keep the existing protected jobs and publication conditions.
Add a manual authentication-only verifier.
Register it through file-scoped main pushes while keeping credential jobs manual on main.
Closes #52.

Validation

The new credential workflow passed actionlint and its existing commit hooks.
The manual verifier checks required fields, creates a repository-scoped contents-read App token, and attempts unrelated config access.
Live verification follows the default-branch merge.
Retirement requires explicit access-denied evidence for the same selected identity.

Checklist

  • The new credential workflow passes actionlint.
  • The credential guide explains setup and retirement.
  • Required current-head hosted checks pass.
