Why
The dependency gate accepts a dynamic Mise CI input through an unrelated literal record without checking the committed workflow.
Its success fixture supplies expression records beside an empty workflow.
Changes
Remove the obsolete admission and its success fixtures.
Keep literal pin attribution, version-only update checks, and unrelated-file regressions.
Add a real-Git regression that refuses the unsupported expression even with a successful literal record.
The two-file diff removes 110 lines.
Validation
mise x -- just checkpasses on feature commitbbbd1fd3, including strict workspace Clippy, 113 PR workflow regressions, and all 16 profile manifests.All 69 real-Git push and signing regressions pass.
All 26 repository regressions pass on integrated head
0c869670, including the README final newline case from #432.The new refusal regression failed on the previous implementation and passed after the removal.
Inspection of the saved report succeeds with its exact committed source and reports 134 selected candidates with no nonfatal notices.
Closes #429.
