Kill Jupyter with fire

It's a massive distraction to have to set up Jupyter, and understand the notebook magic and Python, when the material is all in bash and markdown. A decent minority of the attendees today weren't programmers at all, and many of the programmers weren't Pythonistas. So rewrite the worksheets, and delete the notebooks.
